Our Staff

Our friendly and helpful office staff are a closely knit group of people each willing to help one another so that tasks are completed quickly and accurately.

• Arthur T. Blumer, M.D. Dr. Blumer is a board certified pediatrician, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has many years of experience in caring for and nurturing children, helping them to reach their maximum potential. He is on the medical staff of The Hospital of Central Connecticut where he cares for newborns.

• Rebecca Jeffrey Board Certified Physician Assistant Rebecca has many years of experience in caring for children. She can be very helpful and supportive to new mothers who are breast feeding, as she has very successfully nursed her own two children. She is also an expert at treating adolescence who feel more comfortable being examined by a female..

  Amy Grover
  Office Manager

  Amy is always willing and able to help schedule appointements at a time that is convenient for the patient and their family. She is skilled at dealing with insurance companies and scheduling referrals to specialists.

  Penny Nosek
  Medical Assistant

  Penny has many years of experience preparing our patients to be seen by one of the practitioners, as well as doing in office lab tests and vision and hearing screening. She also is an expert at completing camp and school forms in a very timely manner.

  Ashan Cruz
  Medical Assistant

  Ashan prepares our patients to be seen by one of the practitioners, as well as doing in office lab tests and vision and hearing screening. Ashan also speaks Spanish fluently.
